Andrew, Finansert: We Are Licensed To Offer Financial ServicesInterview by Tony Clifton Recently I was asked to take a look at Finansert(aff link). As I saw some patterns with previously reviewed programs, I wanted to ask few questions. They were answered by Andrew, the PR manager of Finansert. If I give you $10, what exactly do you do to invest them? How does such an amount justify the effort to turn this e-gold into real cash and to handle the customer support for such an "investor"? Once money hits our digital currency account it is moved to a pool for a next exchange. Once a pool reaches substantial amount (approximately once a day), we make an exchange to our corporate bank account and then move funds to our trading account from there. As you might have already understood, we actually never make exchanges worth 10 USD or 100 USD. We allow such a small minimum investment because we believe that many investors are willing to try us out before making a serious contribution. So we provide them such an opportunity. How on Earth could you guarantee 1% minimum daily profit? What is giving you such confidence? The profit guarantee we are currently providing is based on our past results. While we might not make a 1% gain everyday without exceptions, we can use our reserve fund during those days to cover the lower profit. This also works the other way, in case we make a gain higher than average, we will put a part of it in our reserve fund. You might have understood, that by using such a system, to guarantee a minimum daily profit of 1% we must simply maintain higher than 1% average profit. I'd like to see some trading proof or audit the trading accounts. Is that possible? While we cannot allow you to audit our trading accounts. I can provide you with recent trading activities history of our senior trader? Alexander Boyd. Attached trading history covers a period of the last week. (Click here to see it) What is your trading style? You can find all information about our trading style in our prospectus, this includes both general trading style of Finansert traders as well as individual aspects of trading style of each of three traders currently working for the company. You can find prospectus here - http://www.finansert.com/prospectus.pdf. Are you registered and licensed to offer financial services? Can you provide documents for that? I saw the incorporation certificate on the site, but is it enough to offer financial services? Yes, we are licensed to offer financial services by Ministry of Economics and Finance in Panama. While, this does not allow us to collect money from investors in certain countries using conventional methods like bank wires or cash deposits, it does fully allow us to accept investments using digital currencies. In case you are willing to see our trading license, please contact us and we will provide you a scanned copy of it. Where are you located? Do you have physical office where investors can come and visit you? All our customers support is handled from New Haven, CT in United States. While we do have physical office, we do not normally handle visitors there. However, in case you are still willing to come to our office, you should firstly arrange a meeting with us by phone or email before making a visit. How long do you plan to stay in business? We currently do not have any plans of closing our business. Of course, you should understand that our business is highly dependant on the markets so in case of certain market conditions, which by the way are not a sudden downfall of the market, but rather a large-scale stagnation, we might be forced to terminate our business. Of course, such situation is highly unlikely in the near future. You should also know that in such case we would do our best to make refunds worth all our trading assets to the members of Finansert. Do you have backup plans if your trading produce a big trading loss? First of all, we have certain precautions which should prevent such a trading loss. These precautions include highly diversified portfolio, stop-loss policy, etc. We also, have a reserve fund which is traded in money market fund which while does not produce such high returns as our other trades is safe and also liquid. In case of a huge trading loss, we would use our reserve fund to pay our investors until we recover. How do you keep member's data - earnings account details etc? What will happen if someone hack finansert.com site? All account information, which is stored online, is also mirrored in offline server. This could also be understood as a real time backup system, which records every each transaction made by our customers not only in our web server but also in our backup server. In case Finansert website is hacked, we would still have access to our members' database which would allow us to easily rebuild our website. Published at Jan, 16 '08 , Read 1011 times.
