How To Make Good Money By Drop Ship Business

As much as I like passive investing and watching my money grows, sometimes it's much better to be in control of your cash. Even if it requires some education, work or business.

With this article I am starting a category "Home business" here on HYWD. It will be hopefully of use to you if you want to put some effort into your financial success. I believe the best way to wealth is combining passive investing with good multiple income streams. This category is not only about "making money online", but I will often write about online business as today nothing is successful without the Web.

So What Is Drop Shipping?

The reason I looked into drop shipping was that I got pissed off by the "info product" crap that internet affiliate marketers try to sell everywhere. Yes, information products can be extremely powerful and information is the new wealth, but... Because everyone can produce information, 99% of the info products out there are total crap.

With drop shipping you sell real products that people can touch and see. Not information. It's all about selling good real world stuff - food, computers, clothes, watches, jewerly... simply everything.

But I have to keep all this stock somewhere and ship it myself!!!

Hell, no. That's the beauty of dropshiping. In drop shipping all you need to do is to sell. The supplier takes care to keep the inventore in stocks and to ship it to your customers.

Sounds great! Then...

How To Find Drop Shipping Suppliers

Well, here is the main problem. If you try with your favorite search engine, you'll find millions of results but most of them will be scams. That will be "companies" which will sell you outdated or simply fake lists of drop shipping suppliers.

The thing is the good drop shippers simply won't work with small business owners. Then what to do?

Finding good drop shiping suppliers is a tough process. Keep your eye on HYWD and we'll soon share with you how to do that.

How To Sell The Stuff

Once you find good products to drop ship, you need buyers for them. Typically you can follow this process:

1. Identify a good niche


2. Create a web store


3. Drive traffic to it


4. Convert this traffic into buying clients


5. Sell!

You can skip some of the steps if you decide to sell on eBay, or you can simply do both. In any case, there is a lot more to discuss - coming soon on HYWD as well!

Making money by drop shipping can be either work or investment depending how you look at it. You can outsource the store creation, support and marketing or do it all yourself. It all depends on your ability to invest and your free time to work. In any case you will have to be prepared to do some small investments, otherwise you can't get access to good suppliers.
