You already know how hot investing in web business can be. But the world is not only "WWW". Since the money was invented the most powerful way of multiplying them has always been one and the same. Not trading, not gambling, not even affiliate marketing. It has been business and until very recently all the business was in the "real world" - offline. Investing in real business is still one of the most profitable things you can ever do.

"How to make business" is not a topic of this article series. This is a huge niche to cover and you can find a whole library of books about making business in general. What you must concentrate on right now are the models which can be used to invest in real business and form a high yield investment fund.

Invest To Start A Business

Have you always dreamed about starting your own real business but never had the money to do it? It can be simply bar or cafe or a hi-tech company. The market niche does not matter at all as long as there is some potential in your idea.

But you know the banks hardly give money to startup business. Various credit groups or venture capitalists may fund you, but often that will mean that you'll have to pass part of the ownership of your new company to them.

Creating a HYIP could be a suitable model to fund your startup business. As said before the HYIP community is hugnry for real programs and the investors feel even more comfortable when the investment club is based on real offline business. And if you succeed in convincing your investors, your business will be funded very fast.

Expanding Your Current Business

If you currently run a successful business but want to expand it quickly, you may think about getting money by creating investment club. Considering that, with existing business you can easier get a bank loan, this option is good only if you are about to take risks. The HYI investors will be ready to put money in a risky venture, while the banks - not.

The advantage is that with existing business you can even easier convince the investors. All you have to do is to show them the business and to prove that you really own it.

Angel Investing

Angel Investing is probably the way to go if you don't currently own a business or have no serious plan to start such. The Anglels are individual investors or groups of investors which fund promissing startup companies in exchange to part of the profits and/or partial ownership. You can easy raize funds and turn yourself into angel investor. This is a wonderful concept because you basically use other people's ideas and work to generate profits for yourself with other people's money.

There are places in the Web where you can join or create angel investors groups and find entrepreneurs who need your funds. Returns that Angel investors usually expect are in the range of 30% or more per year, so you can use these figures to calculate your targets.

In any case it's very important to have in mind that the success of investing in real business is very hard to predict. Some businesses turn to be real money makers, but many others fail.

There are really hundreds of ways to invest the money you have collected from the members of your high yield investment club. I think we have covered several of the best, most profitable and most tested routes to go. Now it's time to think about calculating the ROI and managing the payments to your members.
