TradeWindowFX Review - Forex Signals
By Tony Clifton [
Your Program In Focus]
Trading by
forex signals is almost like investing in a managed account with two advantages. You have greater control with what you do and if your equity is large, the subscription price you pay is much lower than the commission for a managed account.
Since
GalleonFX managed account perform very badly recently, I am on hunt for good forex signal services.
TradeWindowFX - decent verified results
TradeWindowFX (aff) is a forex trading signal service with decent and honest results. Their performance records since 2006 has been confirmed by reputable third party cominities like
Forex Bastards and
Forex Anonymous.
The results in pips are as follow:
Year 2006
---------
January: +145 pips
February: +111 pips
March: +202 pips
April: +257 pips
May: +56 pips
June: +289 pips
July: +252 pips
August: +392 pips
September: +8 pips
October: +241 pips
November: +258 pips
December: +198 pips
2006 total pips profit: 2,409
Year 2007
---------
January: +114 pips
February: +317 pips
March: +324 pips
April: -115 pips
May: +123 pips
2007 year-to-date: 763 pips
Their results page isn't the most frequently updated you have seen, but the results are honest. I won't be surprised if there are some losses during the crazy July this year.
The Prices
There are two subscription plans - $99 per month or $249 for 3 months. I'd go with the monthly plan as I need not only to receive good results, but also to see how their signal times will suit my availability. Trading by signals is not completely passive investments, so you need to consider your availability for sure.
There is also a free one week trial, which is a very good offer. Most signal services offer only paid trials because of abuse.
You can
join for the free trial here and then decide if to pay for the service.
The signals are delivered either by email or on your desktop thru their software. There is also SMS option for the paid subscriptions.
Overal Opinion
TradeWindowFX is not earth-shattering service, but it is honest and deliver
good profits. For me this is all I want from an investment.
Following the signals, you can double you money each year depending on the leverage you want to use. It all depends on your willing to risk.

Thank you for that review Tony! I am glad to see a reliable signal provider out there. Most signal providers fake their performance results or are deliberately confusing so they can change their results. I do not use signals, except some free ones that I look at to see if I'm trading in the same direction as other analysists, but I would never follow signals blindly. But this is just me, if someone is looking to boost their forex account, they can follow signals succesfully, if the provider is honest.

Hey Ben, in my opinion following signals is good for people who can't or don't want to learn trading themselves. I for example really can't devote the time and efforts to become a professional trader. I am going to hunt for more good signals and review them here. Hopefully they'll be of help for some readers :)

Trading Forex is essentially matching a strong currency against a weak currency. Currencies respond like ocean liners. They are hard to turn. It takes time for prices to change more than a few cents. Look at any daily line chart. You can easily see the moderation in the big picture. This is why knowing the trend is the most important lesson you can learn in trading Forex. Currencies tend to trend. The currency meter is a simple tool every foreign exchange trader should have. You will never find it in a broker platform or in any chart package. Until now, only the large institutions had it. The strength meter measures the strength and weakness of individual currencies. It takes the work out of watching twelve or more chart pairs to determine the strength of a currency. It will be the most amazing tool you will ever use.

I trust a lot more a website that has been around for years with quality articles like HYWD than your poorly made website that promotes scams like Forex ProAlerts.

If want to trust an article that is makeing a claim that we have confirmed results which we have not then more power to you. We do not promoate Forex ProAlerts. And if you have used their service we encurege you to leave a review for them becasue that is what Forex Anonymous is all about. Cheers, Team FA

Team FA, At the time I was writing this article, TradeWindowFX was listed on your site. If you were reading HYWD for a while, you would know there are no attempts to make quick buck with affiliate programs on this site. Currently this is the only review I see on your site: http://www.forexanonymous.com/details.php?mid=152 I don't remember if it was the one I had in mind or not, but definitely you have a review about them even now.

Clifton, Yes there is a review on them but a user review is a little diffrent than stating "Their performance records since 2006 has been confirmed by reputable third party cominities like Forex Bastards and Forex Anonymous."

Give me a break ! Forex bastards has been notable for being completely biased towards the websites owned by the owner of the website ! If you can go ahead and look for videos in youtube, when someone reviews HIS websites as scams (honest opinions) he does NOT publish the reviews ! do NOT trust forex bastards !

Hm, Carlos, I have heard both positive and negative opinions about forexbastards. What I know however is that most of the reviews there are published from site visitors, not from the admins
