The Future Of HYIP Investing

I just want to give you my very short thoughts. I don't pretend to be a futurist, but based on my five years experience in this area, can expect the following:

The Typical HYIPs Will Survive

No matter what the US government does, how many payment processors are shut down and how Goodle will try to stop HYIP ads (see Jude's update here), the typical fly-by night pozni schemes will not disappear. People's desire to gamble is just too big.

More complicated scams

They won't die too. No matter how hard blogs like this try to put down complicated scams like Udachu, MPDW, FXIG etc, the morons who believe will always be a lot more than us and the cheerleaders will always be stronger.

What I really expect to see is even more complicated scams of this type, because many people gained some basic common sense and know that the daily HYIPs are just ponzi schemes. So the scammers will badly try to present themselves as real businesses. Beware and make sure to check our Selected articles section for some good lessons from the past.

Real High Yield Investment Programs

There have been few efforts to create real HYIPs and I believe there will be more. I hope more future admins will read my series of articles about creating a real high yield investing club (starting here), because it contains all the general concepts that are needed.

Of course there will be always wannabee traders, who won't intend to scam, but will just loose all their investors money, because they have no idea how to trade. One should be pretty careful.

Real Investing With Full Control On Your Money

I suppose and even suggest that if you are serious about high yield investing, you will concentrate more on such kind of things. See, even if a HYIP is honest and real, the admin still have control over your money, which is not good at all.

With your own trading, managed accounts, signal trading etc. you can stop losses or withdraw gains at any time. Such good investments are for example the managed forex account that I am in. They had few bad months, but currently scored 64% (yes, sixty-four) profit just for 3 weeks in September.

Very nice article Tony. I 100% agree with you. I'm currently restructuring my website and will focus a lot more on ways that can make you earn money (like Forex Signals, and Managed Accounts) and focus a lot less on HYIPs since almost all of them are scams. Of course, like you said, some of them have good intentions and those that look honest could be worth a try, but I'm tired of admins that don't respect their investors and only want their money. I'm glad to see websites like yours that care about their readers and that are not "cheerleading" scams only to get a part of the dirty money.
