Issue 3 Top Choice - Xian Li

This time i will talk you for one not quite popular program. This is the first time i personally know the person who runs it /well, personally - Xian Li is in my ICQ list :)/. Xian Li is a program owned by a man with the same name - Xian Li from China.

Please disregard his bad english :) Behind it is a very honest and nice person.

Let us take a look at the program details and avantages:

1. Xian Li is operating investment programs from the end of 2004. He has transferred his members from the old programs to this one and is always paying which can be confirmed from the members.

2. The program is based on DxGold. So no FOREX here :-)

3. The program pays from 10 to 36% monthly - reasonable but still nice returns

4. Xian Li accepts E-gold, IntGold, NetPay, E-bulion and MoneyBookers

5. The minimum investment is $10 and the maximum is $10,000

6. The admin is available on ICQ and YIM

7. The investment do not expire

Some more interesting things - on the site there is very cool exchange service whcih allows you to exchange all of the above mentioned e-currencies for very low fees.

Another cool think is his shop "Shop and Earn", where you can buy amazingly cheap chineese products or shop for increasing your investment interest.

Before going to invest too much, lets face the things we should consider as not very good:


1. The website deffinitely needs professional help. Well, let's not pay too much attention to that. We are more interested in what Xian Li can do on DxGold rather than in webdesign.

2. There is a big difference between the interest rates - from 10 to 36%. Usually this is a scam warning.

3. The owner is in China so if he disappear you can do nothing.

4. It is one-man show, so if something happen to Xian Li (let us hope nothing will) the program can fold.

We think the good is more than the bad in this program, so we'd recommend you to give it a try. Of course never forget - do not invest more than you can afford to loose.
