Back to real estate investing again :-) I must have told you - the serious investor must have assets in real estates. But the best property investments rare are in your back yard. You must travel arround the world to find the good ones. The greates in this type of investing is that you may like some of the properties for yourself. Ever thoght about living in Africa?

Africa, "The Black Continent" is hot, cheap and nice place and this is not missed by the eyes of the tourists. The tourism in Africa is growing each year which means only one thing - the prices of real estate are growing too.

The most searched destination is South Africa - this is also the most developed country out there. Wonderful weather and perfect infrastructure - this is what you need to know about South Africa as an investor. I am not finished with the good news - not yet. Here is the coolest one: any foreigner can by real estate in this country. This includes also agricultural land and farms. The profit potential is really big.

Althought it is really nice to visit Africa, you don't need to do so just to find about the properties oferred there - you can search African properties thru the net. As you can see there is a lot of supply and the quality and prices are excellent.

You can find great houses for sale for les than 100k. And if you can afford several hundred thousands you can be a proud owner of African farm or plot.

Althought South Africa is the most known country and it is the easiest to find properties for sale, i would recommend you to search also for real estate in: Mozambique, Kenya, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Morocco. In these countries you can find cheaper properties with even better potential grow.
