In Project: HYWD Investment FundWe are preparing this idea for a long time and now we are ready to share it with you and ask for feedback. We want to run a honest risky investment fund which to accumulate several types of investments and allow you to choose the one which suits you best. There are many things which are still unclear but we know several things for sure: - it will be a honest program. Not just because we are honest people, but because we won't want to risk our long time business - HYWD.info and the hosting service and the tens of future projects for some fast stolen bucks. - it will be 100% transparent. There will be a simple website or better a folder in a popular forum or even a group in google in yahoo where the investment statuses will be seen. We won't create fancy websites and won't store any info in online datbases. This is 100% protection against DDOS and hacking There is something which i hope will make our fund really unique and that is its structure. It will be a kind of a join-stock company. Here is my idea: the minimum invest will be most probably $100 (for sure not less) which will present 100 stock shares of the fund. Unlike the mutual funds however the price of the shares won't change - we will pay the interest as dividents instead. Thus we won't have the problem of getting the price of just 1 share too high. Here is the more important - me and probably other admins of the program will be able to propose important decisions. All the investors will be able to vote on them with their shares - just like in the joint-stock companies. I will define which decisions will be important later when i explain the separate funds, since it will matter. This we won't only be fully transparent, but will also allow the investors paricitpate in the organization. Obviously i'll try to obtain some nice part of the shares so our professional oppinion could take influence when the votes are too contentious. Now about due diligence. I definetly don't expect everyone will trust me, just because i say it will be a honest program (and i really hope noone will be so easy trustful!). I am hoping that several things will gain the fund's credibility: 1. the transparency already discussed above 2. the performance 3. i have an idea to have few independed supervisors who will hold the ecurrency accounts of the fund. I will speak with reliable people from the most popular HYIP forums who will be willing to operate with the accounts (for some pay of course). So for example each sub-pool of the program will have its own e-gold account where the investor's money will stay before being invested or paid out (the same account where you will spend your investments). So, each of the trusted persons will hold one account. I will ask each of them to transfer amount X in the account of program/investment opportuinity/or trader Y and we won't access most of the funds ourselves except the admin fees. Of course there is a nice risk some of these supervisors, even if trusted, to run away with part of the money. But for sure this is better than me running with all the money. Separately, there will be very small amount in the e-gold accounts since we will try to invest most of the free money at any time. Here are the separate "programs" which are planned: 1. Trading program This will start with getting a manager forex account or hiring a forex trader. Later it will include stock & future traders if possible. We will look for medium aggresive strategy. This program may be started a bit later than the start of the fund since it will require some minimum of money The investors in this program will be able to vote for: choosing the exact brocker or managed account; the amount which will be put in trade; the size of the reserve fund 2. "Real World" Investing Pool This is quite ambicious and will probably be the last one of the programs, since it will require the most capital. It will be joint investment between few online programs (only due diligenced, such like the Sensa Trust approved ones) - less than 50% of the funds. The rest will go into the real busuiness world - buying, selling or running real businesses; being angel investors for small businesses; investing in real estate and agricultural land the investors in this fund will be able to vote for: each separate investment made; the size of the reserve fund 3. Webmastering Investment Vehicle This may not sound very attractive, but honestly i am most excited about it. Being an internet entrepreneur for some years, this is where my strenght is. This program will: buy and sell websites for profit, buy and run websites for long term profit, create and run websites, create and sell websites. A small part (arround 20%) will go to my Blackhat SEO pals, which knows how to make big profits as well. Another part of the funds will be directly invested in an existing web development company. This fund can be started sooner than the others and it will provide good profits for less risk. The investors here will be able to bote for: each site which is to be bought, created or sold; the amount invested in the webdev. company; the amount spent for Black-hat SEO; the size of the reserve fund 4. Risky investment pool This can be started at the earliest since it does not require big money. It will invest in risky HYIPs (such as the ones in our "HYIP Experiment" at hywd.info) and in sports betting - straight and arbitrage. The investors here will be able to vote for each of the HYIPs proposed for investing, the amount in each of them; the % put in sports betting; the size of the reserve fund. In all programs there will be an admin fee of 10% + 3% fee when buying shares. This is how it will be. This is still a bit rough and needs to be precized, but the idea is in place. I will appreaciate any feedback. Published at Sep, 16 '05 ; read 13304 times; If you liked this article subscribe to the Free HYWD Newsletter
