Looks interesting. Variable payouts are always a good thing - even if a ponzi (what this program is 99% sure) the variable payouts help the admin adapt to the avriable investments. The contact page at least lists several email addresses - doesn't mean too much, but still counts.

4.2% daily for 36 days
This program is not run by our Tony Clifton. It is a pyramid by no doubt, however it is being advertised here and there and can bring profits to these who join this week.

3. http://wealth-club.org/
3.4% - 4% daily for 40-100 days per weekday
Isn't taht unrealistic like it looks at the first view. Can't be real of course, but can it be still here in January? I think yes. It is NetIBA certified and accept bank wires and credit cards when requested. Certainly it is not made to go away tomorrow.

4. http://www.vs-invest.com/
1% - 1.2% daily for 365 days
A "tasty" site, low ROI and "custom" FAQ page. Does not mean too much but what do you expect in the HYIP world? It could be real, but there is no proof for that. Play it as a ponzi - invest now or never.

5. http://www.cartelinvest.com
6% weekly or 30% monthly
Well, at leats it looks different. They claim to invest in development of wireless telephone networks. They claim to be registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, provide phone and fax numbers. For investments only e-gold is accepted ;-) I don't buy their story, but they could stay for a while.
