In Focus: Import and Handelsgesellschaft by Tony CliftonThis is a small German company, so their english skills won't impress you too much. But i guess you are more concerned about their skills to manage our funds. Import and Handelsgesellschaft claims to aim gaining small amount of funds for their business (the business is http://www.markengrosshandel.de/ which is an e-shop). The ROI of this program isn't very impressive and can be found here. The higher end isn't too bad either. What could concern us the most is the principal locking for 2 years. This is pretty long time for the HYIP world, but it could mean the program will really invest the funds. However there are few things which make this program interesting. First, they claim that "You get a real written Participation Agreement." when investing. They accept bank wires and e-gold, but firstly started only with bank wires. There is a good and realistic explanation of their business and their business plan (now this is really interesting, as we rare see such things from the HYIPs). The whois info looks real and the IP address shows the site is hosted in Germany - all good signs. The address seems real, and there is a company ID which can be checked with German authorities. Since they need only 35k it is inetresting why they don't try to acquire a bank loan? The admin answered that it is hard to obtain bank loan in Germany for small business. Althought we have heard this excuse many times, it could be true, because the banks in Germany are really rather conservative when giving loans. Let's look now onto the bad signals: - 2 years principal locking - cascading interest depending on the deposits - cascading referal system - their shop does not seem popular. No links in Google, no Alexa traffic rank. Considering that the site is older than 1 year, this means they can't manage well that e-shop. Conclusion Import and Handelsgesellschaft does not show enough good signs to be approved by HYWD. On the other hand, it is definitely different by the short term ponzis. Our recommendation is to dedicate to it no more than 5% from your investment portfolio. If you make such a calculation and you can't afford stepping into Plan 2, i think Plan 1 ROI is too low to be considered for this risk. Published at Dec, 13 '05 , Read 619 times.
