Simon Pink: "Never a Sensa Trust program has turned into scam"*In the following interview we will try to bring some lights arround the most popular independed Due Diligence service arround - Sensa Trust. One of the ST admins, Simon, kindly answered my questions. The interview below is published without any editions. 1. Could you shortly introduce yourself. Is Simon Pink your real name? Yes. Although I & my familly changed it when I was young (for obvious reasons) it is my real birth name. 2. When was Sensa Trust found? What inspired you to create it? When was it founded? It was a while ago, I forget the exact date... Initially I wanted to share my ID and more details about MWA to show that I wasn't scared to do so, but didn't want my information all over the net nor my family life invaded. So I gathered some trustworthy folks I knew and we shared together. We also found that we had a common interest: Making reliable income from investing. So together we investigate people who can do that for us. Really, it's almost a selfish thing. 3. Approximately how many programs have you investigated? Throughly, little more than those listed. We do not waste much time on opportunities we already know won't make the cut because they're missing some crucial elements in the information they provide for us to asses their money-making capabilities. 4. Is it true that some of the previously approved programs turned into scams and were removed from the site? If yes, how many and which ones? No, all of the opportunities listed on Sensa Trust the first day we opened are still there. Although some have closed to members, never any turned out to be a scam. We would disclose the information we posses about the particular admin if that was the case. 5. Isn't $150 a bit too low fee for performing a deep Due Diligence? Are you really checking all the documents? Yes it's low and yes we check every document. But we don't do it for the money. If we think your program is good and will make us money in the long run, then spending more to ensure our funds' safety is an investment. Also if you consider the number of programs who've paid the 150$, weren't listed and we barely investigated because they wouldn't provide this or that crucial information, then we cover our costs... 6. How do you verify the Ideintity? I know it's written in the FAQ, but for example if i show you my passport from Saudi Arabia how would you verify that it is legit? We'll use whatever computer/internet ressources available at first. If that turns out clean and we want to push things further, we'll check with local authorities and/or private detectives in that region. Often we have partners or friends in that particular region of the world with better insights of how we can verify local passports. 7. What about the "Written Agreements"? Should they be valid legal docs? Agreements between partners, legal documents, corporate info, contracts with/between clients, etc... 8. "Risk Management Statements"... could you explain what is it about? Well for example PIU shows us how they manage risk by keeping a part of the funds aside, and we can see that with our own two eyes when we audit them. 9. Another unclear item is "Character Reference". Could you explain what exactly does it prove? Say for example your lawyer is willing to write us a letter stating that you are a good & honest person and we can call/meet him to confirm that, that's a "character reference", and although not our #1 criteria in selecting which opps will be listed, it shows that you have contacts who'll vouch for you and make it easier to be traced should need be. 10. What is the procedure to check the "Track Record of funds" and "History of Trading Activities". Do you look at screenshots or so? We like to login to the accounts directly. Possibly the best feature of Sensa Trust is we like to see the money at work with our own two eyes. Sometimes screenshots will do, but we'd much rather login to your trading account, visit your banana plantation or ensure whatever you're doing to make money exists, is happening and is legal. 11. How do you verify Payment History? I am sure one can simply ask in the forums or so, but how can you verify that the program X is really paying for Y months? If it so happens we're already in the program or know someone in it. 12. How many items must be completed from a program to get approved? I see some programs have many items approved, while others have just 3-4. What if I provide you with a Business Plan, telephone meeting and history of tradign experience? Will i get approved? r There are no set limits. It all depends on our level of comfort with you. One thing we will automatically reject your application is if we cannot see your money at work. You might be the best trader in the world, if we can't see the money at work and yet you've provided all the identity documents in the world, you're not going to make it on Sensa Trust. But other than that, we just need enough to be certain of who you are, and how you intend to make us money. 13. What if mr X come and offers you $100k to close your eyes and approve his program? 100k? Come on. If I'm going to prostitute myself and my name, offer me at least 15 millions and I'll think about it. 14. There are few features on your site which are "coming soon" - such are "ID Search" and "Sensa Trust Report" for example. Are you planning to implement them? What will they do? When Sensa Trust grows. At this point we still get a lot of queries but very little interesting opps. When there's enough listings for a search option, it'll be there. The sensa trust report is also starting to happen, simply look at the PIU listing. 15. Since you are refusing suspicious applications, could you tell in short what could make an application suspicious? If I offer you a HYIP paying 2% daily will this be considered suspicious? It's not about the payouts. If you're really making 2% per day and we can see it with our own eyes, than great! We'll be more than happy. But if you're not willing to show proof of trading but are quick to send a scan of your driver's liscence, we're not off on the right foot! 16. Regardless of my a bit offensive questions, I must say you are doing the best DD in the HYIP world :-) What's your secret? Why is Sensa Trust so trusted? If you know, please let me know :) 17. What are your plans for the future? Is there a hope that we are going to see more approved programs? Surely as the online investing community evolves and people are tired of loosing funds. We're always awaiting more opportunities, and we strive for more good ones. We've also got other projects awaiting, but I'll be a tease and keep that to myself... :) * The quote in the title is not exact Interview by Tony Clifton Published at Jan, 04 '06 ; read 1367 times; If you liked this article subscribe to the Free HYWD Newsletter
