In focus: Ibiza Traders, yet another real one?

I must say the HYI world starts to look better recently. More and more program admins start to realize that the serious risk investors would not invest in them without trading proofs or complete due diligence information. Sometimes the companies provide both, sometimes one of these things, but we really see more "HYIPs" which definitely seem to be geniune. See for example Fx-Experts, JoyFund, NSFG, MegainvForum (will be reviewed soon) etc. Now here is another one - Ibiza Traders. (The program is private. You will have to mail us to get a invitation code. We DO NOT receive referal commissions for that)

About Ibiza Traders

Here are the basic details of the offer:

- past and expected ROI - 20%+ monthly. Quite high, but not impossible (at least for some time as we can see recently from other programs)
- No more than 10% of the capital is ever at risk
- $250 minimum investment. After 3 months it will be raized to $1k so if you choose to invest, hurry up
- the program's website is very good, SSL and DDOS protected
- the director - Peter Ris - offers a phone and email @telefonica.net for contact

The Due Diligence information

In the members area everyone can see the complete scans of: Peter's ID, Incorporation document of Ibiza Traders in Panama, Notarial Copy, Certificate, Peter's CV (an impressive one!), proving his experience in trading, banking and finance.

Separately in private email I received: Peter's ID with better quality of the image, Cerificates about his experience in banks, References from business partners and copy of the CV again.

The Investigation and Impressions

All the info given above is very impressive. I carefully studied all the documents and have not find any discrepancies which to bring even a slight concern that something could be faked.

Peter Ris appears to be as real as he could be. I found his personal blog where you can find his posts starting from July 2005 - Salud y Sociedad (it is in Spanish however), signed as Peter (of course, didn't I told you he is real). I have also found various entries by him on the Net on various topics. Everywhere he has been pretty transparent about his name.

I can also confirm he is really located in Madrid, Spain. I also verified some of the people which provided references about Ris to be really part of the organizations they claimed to be.

Unfortunately I could not find anything useful about the other participants in the company (their names are available in the provided DD), but of course we can't expect everyone's name to bring a lot of information.

The only problem... is obvious. We need an audit of the trading. We have a full Due Diligence and I can say it is real. But we still need to ensure the program can really produce these very high profits. We know even completely legal and registered companies have gone South in the past. It's good that Peter promissed in the program's forum that an audit will be done.

Conclusion
Well it comes again to how much is $250 for you. Ibiza Traders is certainly better that 99.9% of the HYIPs arround. And still it misses one very important thing - the proof of trading. You can choose to wait until it has been provided or audited by a third party. I think I will risk $250 here even before seing an audit, but for a larger spend it would be better to hold on until this is done.
