In focus: CIM Mutual, A Balanced Investment Pool by Tony Clifton [Your Program Focused]Yes, this is just another investment pool, but if you are looking for way to enter many programs considered legitime (if there is sucha thing in the HYI world) with just one spend, it is one of the best ways to go. You can find the fund's page here - it contains enough info for the investment procedure. A brief summary of the rules - $100 minimum investment, 7% - 12% target monthly ROI, 3% fee when investing and 7% fee when selling back units (redemption). I like the way they have structured their profit sharing system - although it is like a real mutual fund where the profits are reflecting the unit price, you don't need to sell or buy a whole number of units. For example at the current unit price of $6.549 per unit, investing $100 you will obtain 15.27 units. Pretty comfortable. A due diligence on this project and its admin has already been performed by a guy known as Chancer - you can find his long review here and by a moderator in Hyipdiscussion.com forum known as Azure (read her review here and her interview with the admin here). Both persons have checked the identification documents of the owner and both confirm them to be real. We can consider both as somewhat reliable sources of information. (Note: none of them said to have checked if the fund really invests in the programs however). Obviously I won't loose time doing the same due diligence which they have done, so I decided to do some research based on the main website where CIM homepage stays - http://www.planetmollat.com. An easy look on the web archive confirms once again that the who-is info is valid, the admin's name is Mark Mollat and he's located in California, USA. From its early years in 2001-2002 the site is dedicated to investing which suggests that the admin really has some experience in that. Later on the same site you'll find them having various advertising links selling from USB devices to decals (?!). A bit weird, but anyway. And from 2005 they have started offering some options investment system achieving more than 30% yearly yield. Interestingly you can find links to this offering from reputable sources like Man Financial Australia. For some reason this system is no longer offered. (It would be interesting to know why). Let us now go ahead and look at CIM Portfolio. They have selected most of the programs which you already know from various forums or our reviews: FeederFund, NSFG, FXE, Ibiza Traders, SGFH, Udachu, AsianPay, MMA, Joyfund etc. I would NOT call this aproach conservative, because within these programs there are several questionable ones, but for sure it is more stable selection than an average HYIP pool would offer. CIM Mutual is not something which would turn you into great excitement, but in my opinion it is a worthy way of diversification. The admin appears to be professional and reliable person, just like verified by Chancer and Azure, so the risk of fraud is low. I would rate higher the risk of failure - they could be more critical to the programs they approve, but on the other hand if they were, they would not be able to diversify so much. I think the fund is fairly good especially for these who can't afford joining all programs they want to join directly.
