In focus: Colibri Villas

I am about to present you something unusual again. This does not automatically mean that it is great, but it is quite different than what we usually find in the HYI environment. Collibri Vilas is a real estate project created by someone who seems to know what is doing.

When you visit the website you will be covered up with content. It is a bit hard to manage thru all the information and to get the details summarized. Well, I'll do it for you :-) First, let me explain that the main website is not only for Colibri Villas/Roatan Real Estate Project, but also includes other ventures, recommended programs and a lot of useful articles. But we are here only onto the project of interest this time.

So, here is a very brief Summary:
The project is based on real estate investing in Roatan island, Honduras. The minimum investment initially has been quite high, but currently $100 is accepted. There is no online accounting and no webform where you join. All account information is kept offline. Therefore if you want to join/invest you need to mail support[at]wealthbuildingenterprises[dot]com (replace [at] and [dot] with the appropriate for email address symbols) and express your interest.
How much you will win? Well, since this is supposed to be a real project, noone guarantees you exact ROI. But if you read the details you will see it is expected to be in ranges allowing you to double your money 1-2 times per year. The first payments are expected to be made at the end of this year.

Opportunities inside
There are many other benefits in addition to just making profits. The Colibri Condo Club allows large and long time investors to acquire their own condo in Honduras. There are varions affiliate offers which allow you win extra cash if you help raising more funds by refering other investors. On the forum you will find several other sections explainign various aspects of the real estate project.

Due Diligence
There is really sufficient information provided by the owner Ron in the forum. At this link you will find photos of some properties, very detailed description of how profits are generated and admin's addres in Honduras. There is a Skype and cell number available.

The admin is an old timer in HYIPD forum and a moderator there vouched for his credibility. Well, you know a cheeky investors like us won't stop without trying to find some dirt :-) I think some of the opportunities Ron recommends are rather questionable - Shop Right seems some kind of MLM and Canada Diamond Traders is recommended without proof of what they do. Ron's post history at HYIPD forum shows some signs of neglect about investing. For example he seemed to believe FastMarket (major scam) was based on real trading, believed in 12DP (another scam), YMMSS (cycler, scam), Do-int (aka RealityMillions, scam), PIPS (maybe the biggest scam ever) and even FLO (freelandops, another major scam). Now I don't want to be a smartass by pointing out this - everyone has made a lot of mistakes in the high yield world. But I tend to be careful with too optimistic investors as even if their intention are good and honest, they may fail due to lack of criticism and caution. On the other hand, evaluating HYIPs has nothing to do with evaluating real estate opportunities - something in which Ron seems to have quite a lot of knowledge.

The above paragraph of course calls some caution, but definitely should not put us off Colibri Villas. It is unique, has all the signs to be real and promissing. And with the minimum of $100 you have the chance to test the waters and decide if to keep investing or not.

Let me add another positive note: the program works with Paypal, Western Union and Bank Wires. Yes, no e-gold. I know this may be inconvenience for some, but let's face it, the wires and paypal are what the real business use. They are traceable payment methods, not the anonymous e-gold. Thumbs up for this.

It would be of a big benefit if anyone living in or near Honduras can check the things in place, see Ron and the properties and check some docs. That could definitely raise our confidience in the opportunity even more.
