Interview with Open Trade

Dear visitors of www.hywd.info. We were asked to be interviewed and we agreed to it with pleasure.

Q: Hello. What's the name of the person who's going to answer the questions?
A: My name is Michael Rodden.

Q: What's your position in the program?
A: I am a PR Manager at Open Trade International, Inc.

Q: How many people are involved in running the program and what are their names?
A: There are four people who are directly involved in our Internet project: Mark Perez - our network administrator, two girls working at our customer support ??“ Linda Dawley and Barbara Parrington, who reply to e-mails and chat live with our clients, and me. The management of investments and trading on FOREX market is performed by our European office in London, UK. Our company uses teleworking. More than one hundred people from Eastern Europe, China and India are involved in the development of our automated trading software.

Q: Could you tell a little bit about your (and all other members of the staff) background?
A: Our employees are real professionals in the sphere of Forex trading, banking, economy, programming, and business administration.


Q: Where are you based?
A: Central office of our company is based in London. Our Support Department is based in New-York, USA. In order to work with investments in the Internet we created an off-shore company Open Trade International, Inc. (Republic of Panama). Such approach gives us wider opportunities of cooperation with private investors from all over the world.

Q: Are you a registered company?
A: Open Trade International, Inc. is legally registered in Panama.

Q: Can we have a look at your incorporation documents?
A: Each registered user of our website may request the incorporation documents from our customer support.

Q: Can investors visit your office, or meet with you somewhere else?
A: We do not meet our clients at the moment. In the future we plan to organize conferences for serious investors in visa free resort countries. Watch our news.

Q: What support options do you offer?
A: E-mail, tickets, live chat, and fax. Phone support is available only for VIP clients.

Q: When did the program launch?
A: Since May 15, 2006 we were presented in the Internet by our website www.OpenTrade.net. At that time we started to attract capital to our investment project. The development of our software component took us more than 5 years.

Q: Why do you feel the need to have a referral incentive program?
A: We are glad to present our referral program with the help of which our clients can get additional revenue. This is the most popular and the most effective mean of advertising in the Internet. Our clients are provided with a wide range of promotional material that is located in the clients' area of our website (www.OpenTrade.net).

Q: Do you use free or paid web hosting?
A: We have several paid servers. Our clients' database is encrypted and is placed on a separate server. Our clients have no reasons to worry about the safety of their money and personal data.

Q: What do you think sets your program apart from all the other "opportunities" out there?
A: We consider that the final choice should be made by the client. The good indicators are positive reports and the gratefulness of both newbies and advanced clients.

Q: What do you think about the longevity of your program?
A: At the moment everything goes as it was planned and even much better. That was the right decision to attract funds from outside. Our cooperation with the online public is extremely profitable for everybody. We do not see any reasons to stop our activity. We work hard to become the most dynamically developing company in this sphere of business.

Q: What steps have been taken to secure members funds?
A: 30% of our income goes to a reserve fund which participates in Forex trading with lesser risks. I would like to add that we have enough funds to cover all the risks of our clients.

Q: How do you generate the returns for your investors?
A: Read about it on our website. The detailed information is provided in the clients' area.

Q: Do you trade yourself or do you employ traders?
A: The majority of our staff are professional traders. Their main task is to consult our programmers that continue their work on the automated trading system.

Q: How long have you or your traders been trading?
A: If you ask about the experience in Forex trading, we have employees with more that 7 year experience.

Q: Would you be willing to provide us copies of trade histories?
A: The detailed trading history is provided in the clients' area.

Q: Do you piggyback off of other online programs?
A: No.

Q: Have you ever had late payments?
A: No.

Q: What was the most recent trade/business activity you were involved in?
A: We deal with main currency pairs.

Q: How large is your current capital?
A: This is a commercial secret.

Q What plans do you have for the future of your program?
A: No plans for the future. Everything works as it is supposed to, and there's no wish to change anything. Everybody wishes peace and stability. And we are very close to it.

Q: Are you planning to close your program for new investors at any time?
A: No, we aren't. At the moment there's a promotional offer that is valid from June 20, 2006 to December 20, 2006. You can read about it on our website.

Q: Tell me a few reasons to join your program
A: We came to the market with really a unique offer. There's no need to urge anybody to our investment project. Everybody can join us with any amount. We are open to everybody.

The interview answers seem like the standard run of the mill for any program seeking legitimacy. If I can suggest one additional question: "Will you allow [place reputable 3rd person/group here] to do a real-time review of your trading?" Anthing less can certainly be falsified. Quite frankly, any program that REALLY seeks to win ppl over should or would start out with that as an offer upon launching. A little rooting around on HYIPD's threads and the current ForEx based program discussions would make that necessity clear in about 5 seconds.

Said address and number belong to third parties who have notified competent authorities, Go Daddy Software, Inc., and domain registrars about the abuse and requested Open Trade International, Inc., to cease and desist said unauthorized use. Open Trade International, Inc., has never had its offices at said address or used said telephone and is not authorized by the Panama Securities Commission or the Panama Superintendent of Banks to conduct any investment-related activities. In fact, the Securities Commission has issued this warning: The National Securities Commission warns the public that Open Trade International, Inc. has not been issued any kind of license by the Commission, nor has been authorized to carry out businesses as a financial intermediary of securities or investments in or from Panama. Hello Ketta, I have also invested. For me and my friends it would be interesting wether Panama officials are successful or not and what is the last status. At least they must find a name corresponding to the bank connection from opentrade what I have written above.

WOLFGANG - the swift code you posted is not OPENTRADE but E-Bullion's bank account. Opentrade-owner(s) is too much of a crook to disclose their bank-account!!! ?? Has there been a action law suite filed against OpenTrade to your (or anyones) knowledge?? It is recommandable to file a complaint with the your local FBI - their online fraud site is called: IC3 the correct link is: http://ic3.gov/ the more info we provide, the more they can connect the links. REF: Minvestment.com - If anyone has been "burned" by Minvestment.com - pls join the class action lawsuit being filed as we speak - read and join at: http://www.cc-so.com/blog/index.blog?topic_id=1100... ATT: OpenTradeCustomer at Jan, 10 '08 19:32 Can you pls clarify - you are telling us, that the Panamian official (Trade commission) deny the existance of Opentrade in their country and at the same time you post a link, that shows the copy or the "registro-publico" – to our knowledge this is a Gov.Office?? Does the right hand not know what the left hand does in Panama or are we misunderstanding this post!! We have all been lied to enough by the Opentrade crooks (and other Hyips for that matter) – it would be nice if we could be informed of the truth from the people we should trust /believe that they want to help and eventually disclose our bankinformation to – so what is true? We appreciate your clarification

MONEYBUG, I'm from Panama and let me clarify something for you, OPEN TRADE INTERNATIONAL INC. is a registered company in Panama according to the informarmation available at the "Registro Publico" (public registry)page however it is not registered as a company doing bussiness like banking, stock exchange, funds administration nor forex business which is the information that http://www.conaval.gob.pa make public. At the end OPEN TRADE has existed as a company however not authorized to do business with money of others like the ones mentioned above. To the people that has been affected I suggest you to take the name of the suscriptors (Nombre de los Suscriptores) and take them the investigation organisms at least they will try to find them and try to catch the tiffers. Good luck. Keep us informed I am also investing with a non-national firm.

Wolfgang, all we got is this link https://www.registro-publico.gob.pa/scripts/nwwisapi.dll/registro/MESAMENU?TODO=SHOW&FROM=524171&TO=&START=1&ID=524171, it is the public registry of companies registered in Panama however all their are showing is the suscriptor names (Nombre de los Suscriptores), I guess that the rest of the information need to be asked directly to the institution maybe through your lawyers.

My family (myself, wife and granddaughter) had over $8,000.00 invested and one day, poof, OTI simply disappeared. Is there any hope of funds recovery or should I just stop being angry that we have been duped? This is really aggravating, as I have no knowledge of what can be done to bring these people to justice and prevent them from doing the same thing under a different name. Any help would be appreciated. Bob Fuzak

hello Robert, to justify this people just must have money or be from the mafia. I have hoped that somebody would have used the facts we gave here. One time I saw a similar page with the nearly same begining, I wrote to them that I know them and I want to have my money back...one week later they have disapeared. Good luck
