HotSpot: FXIG frozen for longer time

The latest update in FXIG site says that the eventual withdrawals will be postponed for another 3 months until the situation recovers.








Been there, done that. Do you notice how everything started to go nowhere after they closed (particulary) for new members. First changing brockerage which was supposed to take only one month and then everything was going to be "back to normal". Then the negative trades in result of that and everything would be back to normal in a month or two.

Then stopping the withdrawals until December. Now stopping the withdrawals until February 2007.

What will be the next? The story looks so much like PIPS, MPDW, IT4US and others.

Do you see a pattern or do you believe them? I know a lot of people are way too passionate about FXIG, but I am not sure what in the current situation is different than the other failed HYIPs.

What are your expectations to FXIG's future and what are you going to do if in February they come with another delay or excuse?

Well, it's December 2007 and guess what? More excuses and delays from FXIG. I invested more than $100k with them in 2006, supposedly gain $40,000 in 2 months, stopped trading, and now supposedly they've lost big money . How much? Who knows. I know that the value of my account is now only .045 cents (yes, 4 cents) of its current value. I've been patient. Now I just want my original investment back. Any class action lawsuits against FXIG or PQI that I can join?

Wow, PERA, that's a scary story. I've always believed that FXIG was scam, unfortunately the defenders had stronger voice than me. There is a very long thread at TalkGold about FXIG: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/showthread.php?t=266... As far as I remember someone there was trying to start a lawsuit (better use the search function, as the thread is really long)
