It is time for us to talk about a bit more serious nature than usual. If you want to be a serious investor you might want to know more about real estate investments. You may have seen some HYIP web sites which do offer "investment" programs in real estate. You know, they are all PONZI schemes :-) Real estate investing do not make 10% per week or so. And this is not everything. The interest to the properties in this country is growing all the time, but at the moment it is concentrated mostluy in the Capital. Separately, the great weather and nice neighborhood makes these properties a good deal for yourself if you decide to go there and retire :-) The prices of everything in the country are still quite cheap so you can live a good life with your HYIP and real estate income.
