It is time for us to talk about a bit more serious nature than usual. If you want to be a serious investor you might want to know more about real estate investments. You may have seen some HYIP web sites which do offer "investment" programs in real estate. You know, they are all PONZI schemes :-) Real estate investing do not make 10% per week or so. But if you play your cards well, you can pretty easy achieve 100% profit in just a year.

To be successful in poperty investing you would need to open your eyes and look at the opportunities offered outside of your country. The country is in process of building its new economy and of joining The European Union. Currently the prices of the real estate is still far away from the prices in EU, but they are expected to grow. The expected grow is about 50% or more in the next 2-3 years.

And this is not everything. The interest to the properties in this country is growing all the time, but at the moment it is concentrated mostluy in the Capital. The biggest potential for growing is inside the country, in such beautiful places like Veliko Tarnovo. You can buy wonderful houses with yards for less than $10,000! The potential for such houses is that they can grow in the next few ears several times. This is really amazing profit potential.

Separately, the great weather and nice neighborhood makes these properties a good deal for yourself if you decide to go there and retire :-) The prices of everything in the country are still quite cheap so you can live a good life with your HYIP and real estate income.
